Returns & Exchanges

At Trunk Clothiers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
